Our caregivers are the best in the business! Here are a few reasons why:
- Every client is assigned a hand-picked caregiver that ideally matches his/her individual needs. This includes subjective factors (personality, ability to live together) as well as medical factors.
- All our caregivers are experienced, with an average of five years in caregiving practice. Many are CNA’s and LVN’s.
- All employees, including caregivers, have federal background checks. They receive Worker’s Compensation coverage and W-2’s through Caring Hands, so you and your loved one need not worry about extra paperwork or costs.
- Our caregivers are chosen both for their superior skills and their ability to relate to our clients. We do not hire people just looking for a paycheck — our people love what they do!
- Caring Hands carries liability insurance and is bonded should any personal property of a client turn up missing
- Caregivers are subject to surprise visits in order to ensure the highest level of ongoing care
